Q: What level of Meditation and Yoga do I need to be at? |
|

In both cases you will be taught at whatever level you are at. We usually have participants that are at a wide range of abilities and experience.
More than one teacher will attend the retreat and if necessary you will receive specific teaching.

Q. What if I already have a meditation practice? |
|
| |
Up to this point people from many traditions have attended and there has been no conflict. |

Q. Are these retreats religious? |
|
| |
Over time a people have come from a wide range of religious backgrounds. They have never experienced any conflict and in fact several have their particular practices and beliefs enhanced. |

Q. Can couples attend retreats? |
|
| |
Couples are most welcome on retreat. Many couples have attended Inspired Journey retreats and have benefited from working individually and together on their soul progress. |

Q: I am thinking of coming on my own and not with anyone - will that work out for me? |
|
| |
People usually come on their own. Because the corner stone of the retreat is group work you will soon get to know people. Participants often make lifelong friends, as it often a relief to be in conscious community where there is openness and honesty based on love. |

Q. Is it possible to be put in contact with a past retreat participant for questions and answers? |

Yes, absolutely. We are happy to supply you with contact details on request. |

Q. What if I want a single room? |
|
| |
All prices are based on twin share. Should you have a compelling reason for requiring a single room this can be arranged, additional charges will apply. |

Q. Do the rooms have bathrooms? |
|
| |
Yes. In France and elsewhere where we rent entire houses there are more than adequate bathrooms per home. |

Q. Can you pick me up from another location? |
|
| |
No, sorry you need to get yourself to the airport. Experience has shown us that anything else can cause major unexpected problems for the group. |
